YOUCA: Youth for Change and Action
Today 17/10/2019, more than 15000 youngsters grasped the opportunity to skip a day of classes in favour of working for a day thanks to the YOUCA project. The €55 wage that they earn will go to a charity cause that supports youngsters in Guinee and in Belgium.

Building an Arduino 8 Step Sequencer for YOUCA Action Day.
Whilst some of Loïc’s classmates are working in a snack bar or at a local farm, we thought up of something more appropriate for this student Electro Mechanics from VTI Kontich.
At 15 years of age, this promising student is building a more modern version of the Commodore 64, using a tiny Arduino and a load of patience.

Why does the world need an Arduino 8 Step Sequencer?
It doesn’t – Really. We just love playing around with the latest technologies in our experimentation room called the labo. We thought we’d give this youngster a piece of the action. As you can tell, he’s loving every bit of it!
